Dr. Mary Kay Cooper takes on a new challenge
Dr. Mary Kay Cooper, Director of Admissions and Graduate and Adult Studies, has left Seton Hill University for a new challenge. Dr. Cooper leaves us to pursue a new role at an institution in Texas. In addition to her employment at Seton Hill, Dr. Cooper is an alumni and the primary voice of the admissions blog. Although she will be greatly missed, we are excited for her new endeavor and wish her all the best. Stepping into new roles at SHU will be myself, Kim McCarty, as Interim Director of Admissions, and Jenell Krymowski, Interim Director of Graduate and Adult Studies. We are very excited about our new roles, and very appreciative of the guidance and mentorship that Dr. Cooper provided up until the very last day. Good luck Dr. Cooper!
We had a very exciting day on the hill Sunday, as the first ever Seton Hill University Griffins Football Team had registration and move-in day. Nearly 180 Griffin athletes moved into their residence halls preparing for training camp this week. The Seton Hill community is anxiously awaiting the first home game on Saturday, September 10, against McDaniel College. Go Griffins!
