It's a two day week!
In celebration of Thanksgiving classes will be cancelled Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. This is a great opportunity to get final projects in order, spend time with family and friends, and eat lots of turkey! Although it is only a two day week, there are sill events planned for students.
Tonight there is an Education information session for the Graduate Elementary and Special Education programs. A Master of Arts in either Elementary or Special Education is a great way to continue your education and create more possibilities for the future. Terrance DePasquale, Associate Dean for Graduate Studies and Education Programs, said, "At Seton Hill, we recognize the importance of teachers' continually enhancing their skills in order to provide quality education to new and diverse populations." If you are interested in either of these programs, the information session will be in the Administration Parlors at 5pm. At the session you will have the opportunity to learn more about the programs and ask any questions you may have.
There is also a Turkey Dinner tonight in Lowe Dining Hall. Come and enjoy a great dinner with all your friends. You can consider this a warm-up for Thanksgiving Dinner on Thursday.
Finally, on Tuesday vans will be leaving Lynch for Wal Mart at 8pm and 9:15.
I hope everyone has a safe, fun, and relaxing Thanksgiving Break!
