I'm Troying

The best combination in movies would be Orlando Bloom and Brad Pitt...WAIT. HUH? They are? Why didn't I know this?

Thanks Orlando Bloom Files

TROY! Not to be mixed up with Moulin Rouge! The whole exclamation point thing is mine. :-D We all know how punctuation can cause a stir.

I know that the movie theaters have been inundated with epics lately but this one actually looks appealling. The history. The people, the lifestyle. Who am I kidding? Gorgeous men permeate the reels! ;-)

But I have to ask, "Did people really look like that when Homer was around?" I mean, did they have something that was comparable to botox and self-tanner? Hmmm. Any air-brushing teams? What did Helen really look like? Was she the only one in all the lands that had every one of her teeth? Something to think on. I think Hollywood will excuse historical accuracy for aesthetics in this matter.

FYI: Helen isn't pretty enough for Paris (Bloom).

I know, but I thought I would add some scholarly ideas into it. Imagine that beefcake and books. :-D I can be so offensive sometimes.

Offensive? Amanda that's just hilarious!

Hey Amanda,
I'm also excited to see that movie.

Thanks for your response in my blog, I was just about to ask you to reply but you beat me to the "punch". To answer your question, the dialogue is inspired from an event that occurred. So what do you think about it?

Out of the Blue: I'm almost done the Honors Mission statement, sorry it's taking a while, it's just I was busy with finals and research papers...it'll be done! :)

Love it, Mike. Thanks so much for the info.

For anyone else, I have been constructing a website for the SHU Honors Program. If you want--take a look. There are some construction pages.

Orlando seems to be appearing in lots of these Epics too. I guess I didn't know "Legolas" and "Paris" were related. (wink) I liked him in Pirates of the C too. He seems to be playing a lot of supporting cast roles to some famous actors. I wonder when he will get his leading 100 million dollar movie.

Soon. It seems like when they (the pretty men) have a whole bunch of supporting roles, a major film will their way. However, when that happens, they usually crash and burn plot-wise, but their pretty faces save them in ticket sales.

Orlando's day is coming, just you wait and see!

Is this one you and I need to go drool over together? Oops, I mean, is this one we need to go see together?

LOL. :^) You know what I meant.
