Seton Hill Squirrel Dearth

H'okay so there aren't squirrels on campus anymore. Could it be the heavy machinery?

I saw a chipmunk today, scampering about the garbage can outside the library, but nothing can quite compare to the real article.

If you have seen squirrels (oh! you fortunate few), please post a general locale where I may see some on campus. I am getting worse by the day.

Maybe I will just abandon all scholarly studies this week and take a trip to Olney.

I'm losing it.

Amanda, I hate to break the news to you but I was riding my bicycle through the Seton Hill area and I think I killed a squirrel or twelve. Sorry about that. My bad.

But it isn't murder. Accidents do happen; it's okay, Paige.

I just hate to hear about things like this:http://www.cswnet.com/~lrenfroe/ash/events/

Can I just tell you that I giggled when I saw that you said "H'okay"??? :^D

And if you want a navigator for your trip to Olney, I'm in ;^)

I saw a couple squirrels on the way up the hill not too long ago, and there's a chipmunk outside of Brownlee. That's about all the wildlife I've encountered, though. Chipmunk's REALLY cute, hope it doesn't meet its tragic fate anytime soon...

Thanks Valerie. I'll keep my eyes open.

No, Amanada, you are not losing your mind because for the past month I kept thinking: "Where are all the squirrels? Maybe these college kids mistake them for the chipmunks... silly college kids!" (-:

Amanda, to bad you can't come walk with me on the HACC campus. When I went up there a couple of weeks ago to get my books, there were squirrels everywhere, made me think of you :) Maybe I will take a picture next time, lol
