Million Dollar Indecent Exposure

The Senate has passed its version of the indecency bill with a 99-1 vote. This bill allows the FCC to fine a minimum of $275,000 for an on-air incident with the maximum fine being $3 million.

Why is the government doing this? The first Amendment is going down the drain.
