Still looking for a juice to replace the White Cranberry Peach, I chose a different type of drink today. It is one of the new CapriSun Island Refreshers.
Orange Dragonfruit. Sounds good. Looks tasty with the fruit riding a wave on the front. It is packaged in an odd alumninum bottle-can. It is a bottle shaped aluminum can (probably the next new thing to make a simple bomb out of). Once again I purchased it and then brought it back to the office.
While sitting drinking the tasty drink, I rotate the bottle to look at the ingedients (seems as though that is a habit).
10% Apple & Pear Juice
I give up on trying to make sense out of these juices. First they don't tell me there is grape juice in my cranbeery peach mix, now they are telling me that I'm drinking flavor-altered apple juice?
When I finish this bottle-can, I may be switching to water (doubtful). ... at least the drink was tasty.

I brought that same drink to work yesterday and I am not a big fan of CapriSun. I am on the kick of low carbs/low calories/low fat...so I like the PURE apple/orange/pineapple juice drinks (with no added "other mixes.")

Hmmm, "juice" is silly. Just eat the real fruit. Much better for you. :)
But seriously, Capri Sun has been on my nerves for years now...every single one of their berry blends is made of apple or pear juice, and then, apparently, a kool-aid packet for the "fruit" infusion.
Ergo, Capri Suns make me swell. May as well drink a tomato....

And you know what else really irks me? I happen to be a cranberry juice lover, and it seems that any cranberry juice you find in a grocery store is, at most, only 27% juice. Why is that? They sell 100% juice OJ, 100% grapefruit juice, 100% apple juice. Where the hell is the cranberry juice? :-(
