Down with militant plastic surgeons!
August 19, 2004
Ok, so I may be a little off when I say this, but why in the heck do military doctors need to practice plastic surgery?
A pornographic studio sponsored a protest in favor of natural breasts to oppose female military soldiers from getting FREE breast implants. Why would a military soldier want to have bigger breasts? The best they would do on the battle field is predict when the next rain storm would come.
The military, according to the article Porn Star Tells Military 'Bullets, Not Boobs,' is sponsoring the free breast implants so that military doctors can practice performing plastic surgery.
[President of Kick Ass Pictures] Kulkis said he opposed military breast implants because they are an unwise expenditure of tax money.
I, too, am opposed to spending the tax money that comes out of my paycheck so that some military guy can give his wife free breast implants. I would rather have my money being spent in the presidential election or some worth-while cause like PA Highways (insert sarcastic tone here).
If a military person - actual soldier - needed plastic surgery to repair some sort of war wound, then I think the government should provide, through insurance, the ability for that to be done, but not by a military doctor. Make them go to a public plastic surgeon and cycle the government money back into the economy.
There is no reason that plastic surgery needs to be an area of study for our military.
