In this article, the author Patricia Williams talks and elaborates more on the Patriot Act that was passed after the September 11 attacks. i basically think that the act was both a good and a bad thing. it was a good thing because, it was aimed for a good motive because we can never be too sure when someone might try to attack america again. it was also a bad thing because some people felt kind of violated and people were kind of like looked doing what they did not do. do you think this Act has made a change or is on the way of accomplishing what it was designed to?

He talked briefly about Pope John Paul and then he talked about Jews and Catholics. I learnt a couple of new things about the relationship between the Catholics and the Jews. Another thing that i liked was after the speech that Rev John gave, someone read the good opinions that people had about the Reverend; i thought it was very nice and encouraging. After that, on the second floor or maura, they had a quick reception which was very nice too, that i got to enjoy too.

It kind of like gives a brief history of how slavery was back in the days.
It was kind of confusing to me because his opinions were kind of awkward. I could not really tell what Jefferson’s reaction was to the whole idea about slavery. In my own opinion, I think he felt that it was best if slavery was temporarily removed rather abolished immediately.
My agenda item is that do you think Jefferson's ideas and opinions were right?

The author here feels that there are a lot of reasons why African Americans and White Americans cannot get along, because some of them still have some gruge or disdain against eachother.
