What just happened????
Dr Jerz, I was in the process of completing WB4 part two when the window for some reason closed. Now it says I have a zero percent when I had completed all but the essay questions. I am fsort of freaking out. What do I do?
Also, jweb will not let me complete workbook 4 part one either

No need to freak out... I can push a button that lets you re-take the workbook. Give me a few minutes to do that and try again.
As far as I can tell, the system won't grade anything until you have completed all parts of the exercise. I do know that the system will record a "zero" for an essay question until I get around to marking it. (I wish I could change that, but that's the way the system works. It causes unnecessary stress, but I do think the convenience of having the multiple-choice components graded automatically is worth the hassle.)
Remember, the workbooks are practice for you, and each individual question on the workbook is worth only a tiny, tiny percentage of your final score. So don't stress out about the workbooks -- just use them to practice and learn.
