Introduction to HTML

I have very little experience with HTML and creating websites, my first introduction to this was a few days ago in communications class, my professor had us, students, start to design a basic website it was fun but really time consuming, we did not finish yet and will be continuing in the near future but I feel that the end result will be awesome, as I have created somehting that everyone can see. and the other languages are hard to grasp at first, oh well, I guess through learning I will become better.

Jeremy, how does the approach your communications class is taking differ from the approach we're taking in this class? I'm curious.

We'll go slow on this, and I'll do what I can to help during class.

Are there any experienced HTML coders who are worried about falling asleep during class?

What we do in communications is follow his lead on the overhead.
I am just not a veteran HTML coder.
Never had any prior experience.
I like the way we do it in the "writing for the internet" class better, this activity gives room for error and lets each of us accomplish a feat individually.
whereas the communication professor talks us through each step, sometimes misunderstanding him.
