Chapter 11: "Writers don't start genres, audiences do." I buy into what Price is saying, without an audience or single person the web site does not stand on it's own.
I put this into context with musicians, athletes, and other professionals, if we do not buy into their product then they do not benifit, that leaves them performing to an empty venue.

Chapter 12: "Web sites often bury their customer assistance, providing almost no explanations on the spot and hiding the detailed information behind confusing or ambiguosly named links."
Is that fair? People purchase items from the internet daily,if the company does not care or just wants to make a buck then what a company they must be.
Good customer service brings in more shoppers.

Chapter 13: "Provide more, not less. On the web, crabbed little one paragraph descriptions look like dried up dog poop. You have a lot of information about the product or service, so give it up."
Once again, I chose this sentence because I really believe it, give it up, you have the knowledge show it off, do not be pretentious and horde it for your own benifit.
