I think an online encyclopedia is great.
Anything you need to know is at the disposal of the web.
When I was a child we had no such thing,we had to purchase encyclopedias, indivdually,at the local grocery store.
Do they still do that? Are encyclopedias obsolete due to the accessibility of online information?

Jeremy, I understand the idea of online encylopedias being convienient and at your fingertips, however is convienient always the best? Perhaps buying single dictionaries isn't as popular, but they are more reliable....

I feel like I'm proclaiming my Wiki love everywhere, but... hey!I do love it a lot, so it works.

Take it with a grain of salt, I suppose. For the real facts, go to places that not anyone can throw up any information they'd like. For me, a Wiki is more entertaining than anything else, and really shouldn't be completely relied on when it comes to important facts in politics, history, etc.
