Be mine?

In the daylight I saw your face shining
Right then it became clear I was in love
with you. I gave you everything and in
return you gave me anything. I love
you now and I always will. That is why
I'm asking Will you be my Valentine?

Very sweet. I like the way the phrases spill over onto the next line, like an overflowing glass. Nice effect.

Hey Amanda,
I just wanted to say thanks for always saying nice things and giving me your opinion. I know that sounds weird but it's truthful. HaHa Anyways, I like mostly all the things you write and once I get into this blogging thing I'll write more! That's a promise...

I was very interested in your poem. You have the same writing style as I do. I think its easiest for girls to write about love and relationships because we are interested in those kind of things. I think this poem is great to give someone anytime of the year or Valentine's Day. Good work Gina!
