That's my eye twitching.

Yes, it's that time of year. Kate's already been there, Amanda is plodding through. Finals.

I always know it is finals when my left eye begins to twitch. It's imperceptible to outsiders, but I feel the little muscle spasm at the corner of my left eye. The only thing that helps is for me to pull my eye muscles taut like a bad face-lift.

Which makes my mascara flake a little bit, so that by 9:00 at night it looks like I haven't slept in weeks. Which is entirely possible, I suppose, because it's nearly 1:30 a.m. right now and I'm still doing homework. Fancy that.

This is what I won't miss next year. I won't have work to bring home with me every single night of the week. I think it will be nice. Surely it will. Imagine how much time I'd have to blog then. ;)

And I thought I was the only one experiencing this eye twitching problem. My cure is to pull out an eyelash or two. I seem to have too many of them anyway, and it does stop the twitching (though replacing it with momentary pain and tearing).

Frankly, I am sitting back nice and easy for another week before I have to cram for my final tests. You English buffs have papers which you can spend days on and get a good grade. Me, I have to cram and study and study to take a test which will take me all of about an hour and that will determine my final grade.

I'm not saying one is better than the other, because I am dreading that time of the semester too. Christmas is coming! They are already playing the music in the SHGA (Donna and I pronounce "suga") office.

Oh and Julie, I think that Hot Blog! would be a good name for a blog. You would need to come up with a tagline or description to accompany it though.

I haven't experienced the eye twitching problem yet, but I have in the past. I think balancing work with a reward is essential in this madness.

Like right now, I am blogging as a reward for finishing my Personal Budget Spreadsheet for my computers class. What a strange and wonderful reward.

Keep up the good work and remember--3 or more usability testers. Oh my.

My left eyelid has been twitching for over a week now. I haven't slept much in that time either. I'm hoping to catch up on that starting tonight. If it helps, I'll let you know. Happy twitching everyone!

My left eye is twitching also. I went to the doctor and they said to reduce stress, eat more greens and fruits, drink plently of fluids, and get more rest.
