This gets filed under "never use your school email account" in the complaints folder.
All my messages from my inbox are gone. I still have my sent messages and my deleted messages. Just no inbox messages. If I deleted my messages myself, then my deleted messages folder would have the missing emails. This is quite the conundrum.
And a bummer, because most of what was in that email was school or internship related.
IT says they had nothing to do with it, so there ya go. A mystery.

The same thing happened to me. On the top of the screen does it say View "Messages" or View "Unread Messages"... this is a new feature that threw me, and the rest of the Setonian staff off.
Hopefully it works. I'll have to get your comments on my Setonian article because it is pseudo-related.
Posted by: Brian McCollum at February 14, 2004 05:14 PMHmm, mine says messages...so I went through and changed it to every other option, and I still don't have my messages. Arg! Am I doing it right, I wonder???
Posted by: Julie at February 14, 2004 06:00 PMThanks for the recommendation, Julie. I will be at the meeting. I was going to send you an e-mail to your acad account, but I guess that isn't going so well :-D
Many merci's from Girl Meets World. :-)
Posted by: Amanda at February 14, 2004 06:53 PMoh lordy. Here it goes with the school emails. I am terrified each time I hear something more about the school Outlook email system, which is such a poor version of Outlook to begin with...
I can't send messages from mine--I always get an error message saying that it "couldn't reach some or all of the intended receipients." *argh*
I've resorted to using my yahoo or hotmail or lycos accounts for everything now. *shrug* Maybe I should've done that in the first place?
