I have this unbelievable feeling of relief knowing that everything is over and that on Saturday I get to drive down the Hill and disappear. How fantastic! I'm not stressed about homework, random clubs and organizations, internships or the whole RA bit (35 room condition checks to go...I'm making progress...). Heck, I'm not even overly stressed about this whole job thing because it's mostly figured out anyway.
I'm just free to be happy for the first time in years. :) :) :)
Now, back to organizing my social calendar...
Posted by Julie Young at May 3, 2004 09:41 PMYeah, but now you have to worry about the real world (insert evil laughter) ;)
You will be missed Julie, must be nice to be graduating :) I'm sure you are going to be great out there in the real world :)
Posted by: Sue at May 3, 2004 11:22 PMJulie, I'm so happy -for- you. It has been fun, hasn't it? I'm thrilled that you're not stressing, and I hope the onion rings treat you well... my icecream is happily at home in my tummy :^)
Here's to completion--of all sorts, you know what I mean. :^D
Posted by: Amanda at May 3, 2004 11:54 PMlol... I posted that (above). It's funny that my computer saved Amanda's name as the default on my blog comments boxes. *puzzled*
Anywho, you know what I meant, Julie!! :^)
Posted by: Karissa at May 4, 2004 12:44 PMCongratulations on everything. Now Dr. Jerz is going to add you to the alumnae list on nmj. Don't you feel priveledged? :-)
I love your portfolio. How did you get your papers to come up as a Word document? Can you abbreviate or is it a big procedure?
Good luck with employment and everything that goes with being a grown up. I know you are going to be smashing--simply smashing.
Posted by: The Real Amanda at May 4, 2004 07:00 PMThe Real Amanda has a British accent?! (who knew?)
haha, sorry about that screwy mix up. I guess that happens when your best friend posts from your computer and saves the auto-fill with her info...... ;^)
We But since I'm officially off the Hill for the summer, we'll have no more random trips for icecream. *sob* I will miss you more than you know, Julie!
Posted by: Karissa at May 4, 2004 07:06 PMSorry about autofilling you--
Posted by: Amanda at May 5, 2004 07:22 PMYou graduated today!
Yippee!! [or can I say just this once, "hotdog!" ]haha ;^)
Congrats, Julie!
Many thanks to all of you, both Amanda and her fakes. ;)
As for word documents, you just upload them as if they were an HTML document, very simple. Just remember the .doc in your links.
Anyway, back to sorting out all of my belongings...
