The Kizmobile or something like that...

All my work at the fruit market has finally paid off.

I have a car. (And I also have car keys, which is almost as exciting as having the car itself because my house key will no longer be lonely, nor will I have to ask for the keys to drive!)

: )

It's a teal blue 1993 Chevrolet Cavalier: 2 door, 4 cylinder, automatic; power locks, and a sun roof. The sun roof makes me happy.

Not spending a cent of any of my paychecks since beginning work this summer has helped me earn enough that I own the car. No payments, no debt. Hooray! I believe my car may be coming with me to the Hill this year, despite previous experiences and stories of the heinous parking situation...

Focus on the positive: I HAVE A CAR!

Thanks a bunch. I'm pretty excited about it, too. I like that I have something of my own--it's a different feeling than driving my parents' cars (a suburban and a jeep cherokee).

Yippee! And don't fret the parking...the commuters blow it way out of proportion. :P

Hey Julie---I am a commuter and trust me, parking does suck. But I would pull my VW out of the spot anyday for Karissa's new pimped out mobile.
