Relief from Jello Brain
The joy of words... I just can't express in words how much I love words.
I want to know everything about them--why they are spelled the way they are, why they are verbs or adjectives, what language they stem from... everything. Sentence composition, grammar--the boring stuff--bring it on.
Reading makes me want to know every word in the language itself. I'm taking on a heavy load of books to hopefully get my mind in shape again. I feel like I have Jello floating around between synapses in my cranium...
Thank God for a used book store in the little town next to me. I bought some new reads for myself. A little birthday cash goes a long way...!
