To the Rescue
I'm trying something new, upon suggestion of Dr. Jerz.
I recently posted to the Bloginators out there, asking if I was the only one having a rough time navigating, sorting my way through the ever-growing number of blogs.
Please note the "Subscribe with Bloglines" button on the left. If you, too, would like to stay updated on the blogs you read most, try Bloglines. It's similar to the "30 Recent Entries" link on NMJ, but you can personalize whose blogs you want it to track that way you know who has updated. There are even little post snippets to give an intro to the post so you can decide if you want to read it. I don't want to make this a shameless plug, but I think this might be nice to have.
I'm still playing with the features, options, and whatnot, but I do believe this may help ease the navigation nightmare I've been facing. It might be nice to have this organization in the academic blogging aspect so I can keep tabs on my classmates and comment as required... Hmm, this could be very good.

Hey Karissa, I decided to re-design my template and I'm having A LOT of trouble, if you visit my blog you'll see. If you could E-mail me or IM me I'd appriciate it....maybe we could meet at a computer lad somewhere. Amanda told me to seek your help! =) I'm very frustrated and sad! hahah.

This Bloglines thing is very handy (as I have just added it to my blog as well!)
This is the power of the RSS feed... and might I add that Apple's latest version of Safari (their excellent web browser) is going to have RSS subscriptions built into it.

Glad you're loving the RSS, Mike. I think that this will be a good way for me to keep tabs on activity. Thanks to Dr. Jerz for the suggestion--so far, so good.

Karissa, if you plan to make an EL267 list, would you mind sharing your link with the rest of the class?

Um, if I figure it out, I'd be happy to share... I'm still playing around in my spare time. *laughs out loud that she thought she had spare time*
I'll post about it when I get a moment :-)
