Moved In
Well after beating a loft bed into submission and dealing with miscommunications, ambiguities, and people being MIA for certain responsibilities, I'm moved in.
I'll spare you the details.
My room is... odd. But I like it. With three gigantic windows (with 6 panes that screw open), it's not as hot as other rooms in the building and I get a wonderful bath of sunshine. I love that already; although, I have yet to experience the true wonder of the sunshine in my room because it's been raining since I woke up at 7... (Today is predicted to hold a lot of coffee for me.)
RA training starts today. The schedule is really rigorous, but I'm looking forward to it. I just hope that I can do it. I don't doubt myself, but it seems like a lot.
In other news, I'm computer-less until my iBook arrives at my house... which ought to be soon, considering that I checked the status of my order today and it's in PA now :-D
I don't know how often I'll be updating until I get my computer, so please be patient with me. I still love my blog!

where is your room? i think you must be in what used to be the boys dorms. if so, that is so swanky...i have a bunch of novelty yarn i am getting rid of...are you interested?

I'm in Maura. It's ancient, but beautiful so I'm really growing to like it :-)
