Jubilant Foot
Just as a closing note, I am finally off of crutches. Wednesday I went to my podiatrist again and she gave me the OK to wear two shoes, which is very exciting since this is something I haven't actually had the opportunity to do since October.
While I still have a small crack in my bone and am regulated to one pair of ankle boots, I am grateful to be wearing matching footwear, to be able to walk, and to retire my crutches. (All of these things I hope to be able to do for good. No more foot breaking for this lady...)
