Karissa's Entry Test for MT 4.0
The fancy schmancy GUI is leaving me a bit unsettled (since, as like most humans, I find that change is difficult to process at any stage and in any medium of life). I imagine this will be easier for students to pick up if this is their first go-around with the blogs at SHU. Switching for veterans, however, might just take some getting used to. (Like I said, I'm not sure I'm nuts about the fanciness. Mike and I talked last night and I hadn't seen it yet, but he told me it was like another GUI he's used, which I strongly dislike, so I was nervous to even see this new set-up. But at least it's not that daunting...)
Just checking to see how this will post to my dear little Sugarpacket. I'm praying that my templates (as well as templates I worked on for others) will not be mangled once the update is permanent.
I'll also be anxious to see how this displays on my Mac. I'm currently working off of my family's home PC (via Internet Explorer, which has improved greatly since its last version, I must say--tabbed browsing is the way to my heart!). I'll get around to looking at things on my iBook shortly I'm sure. Until then, I struggle with a huge keyboard that seems wider-spaced than my Mac's ever was!
Dr. Jerz, you're pretty brave for trying this out. Rock on.
