Keeping me sane
In days that have proven both frustrating and fantastic, I am obligated to take time to recognize the things that are keeping me sane.
Detailed notes so I don't get readings mixed up.
Long jeans that are impervious to the shots of cold air that usually invade my ankles when wearing jeans that aren't quite long enough.
The ringing I get in my ears when encountered with silence.
Finally mastering both Dreamweaver and Flash to the extent necessary to create what my clients want.
Paying off bills that scared me. (I.e. brand new computer on a credit card)
The Time Machine feature of Leopard so I know everything I have is backed-up. All I do is plug in my external hard drive. Awesome.
My little brother's crazy sense of humor. (And the fact that he's 6'5"... how "little." Hah.)
Classmates to commiserate and to learn with.
Comfortable shoes. All 7 pairs of them.
Trixie shutting her left eye when she sneezes. It's honestly enough to crack me up somedays.
One of my clients saying she'd like to help me support myself through grad school so I don't have to get another job.
My green room.
Learning to shut my cell phone off.

Hmmm... can you say any more about this client?
