C.P. Ellis

This essay is about a man who blames other races on his problems so he joins the Klu Klux Klan as did his father. After awhile he realizes that he does not want to be that person of hate any longer. My agenda item: why do we blame others on our problems?

I think we blame others for our problems because its too hard to blame ourselves. It is much easier to say well it is that black mans fault that I don't have a job eventhough he went to college and I didn't. I think a lot of the time the people that blame others are just plain selfish.

i agree with the both of you. There are hardly few people that would be going through a very stressful situation and they would say that they would blame it on themselves. To them, that is just like putting more pressure on themselves. They are looking for a way to take their burdens off themselves so they blame it on other people

I agree with you all. No one's perfect, so many people feel the need to hate others to make themselves feel better. You can see this in almost any situation. When it comes to friends, I have many friends who always have something to say about EVERYONE. I don't care who the person is, they could be the most thin, attractive, popular, nicest person, yet my friend would still find some way to pick her apart. I think our society is so shallow that everyone has to make others feel bad in order to make themselves feel better.

There are many reasons why people blame others for their problems. One main reason is because people often do not want to be wrong, they want to be perfect. It is much easier to blame another person than it is to blame ourselves. Many people blame others and cause grave problems when they could have just taken responsability in the first place and keep others out of their own problems.

Everyone likes to blame everyone else for our problems, its easier and its natural. Noone wants to be wrong. Most people cant admit to their wrongs, its just easier that way. People suck lol
