Wiki....News?

After reading this article for class, I had to laugh because, there is just something about Wikipedia delivering the news that's funny.

Wikipedia as an encyclopedia that you can change if something is inaccuarte or whatever the case may be is a great thing in my opinion. Alright let's say they get the news out, but someone doesn't agree with whatever is being said and changes it. Then it isn't the news anymore, it is someone's opinion. Not particularly factual anymore. If they remove the section where you can change the information given, then it isn't a Wiki anymore. For it to be Wikinews, it has to be able to be changed right? I really feel it is a lose-lose situation. I could be wrong though.
