Spocktoberfest Admist the Hussle Bussle
This Friday sees the debut of a brand new Cellar Dwellers show called "Spocktoberfest." Honestly, the show couldn't come at a busier time for me, but I'm very happy with the content of the show and it really is going to be quite hilarious. "Spocktoberfest" is coming just a few weeks after our final performance of "A Thousand Rays of HYPE"--that show was also the final performance of Larry, Dave, and Nang.
So, with just five Cellar Dwellers left, we crafted a great show that revolves around a handful of longer skits surrounded by a ton of quick shorts (there won't literally be boxers laying all over the stage... but that's not a bad idea). It's debuting this Friday at the Barrow-Little Theater in lovely downtown Franklin, PA. It's a bit aways from Beaver County and Pittsburgh, but we love going up there to do shows so much that it makes the ride worth it.
While I'm thrilled to be debuting a new show (this will only be our second new show of the year), I'm just trying to find time to be doing all of this. Heck, I can't even write a decent blog entry because I've been swamped with school, campaign, and design work. But, I keep telling myself that after November 7th, things will slow down... great, that's just a little under a month.
