I POSTED IT BEFORE AND I'M POSTING IT AGAIN!

I came across this interesting video while doing some research in ways to engage the Seton Hill Community to more fully embrace information literacy.  I found it enjoyable and helpful and hope that you feel the same.  I would appreciate feedback if you care to offer any.

David, I found this pretty useful. "Information literacy" is a vague term and the video defines it and shows its importance . . . and it's also entertaining. Good for first-year students?

Thanks, Lee, I tried to find a video that I thought would appeal to a lot of people and not make information literacy boring. I think it would be great for first-year students as well as anyone who is interested in learning more about information literacy and how it applies to them.

I also like how the video defines information literacy and shows how it is relevant to everyday life as well as academic research projects. I hope they update it periodically-- it's already looking slightly dated. I'm not sure how many folks in the Class of 2011 have ever used Alta Vista as a search engine!
