So it turns out that my very best friend Samantha is being a total sweetie and making the trek down to Pittsburgh with me tonight to see Mae and Copeland at Mr. Small Funhouse. It should be a grrrreat show!!! I'me especially stoked to see Copeland, hehe!!! I know I'll be scoring a few t's from the merch table and taking a few personal pics with the bands! :)
Being in the greater country known as the United States of America and their legal drinking age of 21 (not that I drink anyways) my friends and I were denied the privlege of seeing our buddies and close friends in In Sight of June play last night at Club Cafe.
I was pretty stoked to go, seeing that they finally got a show at a respected and well known venue as Club Cafe. Apparently my friends in the band, Todd and Matt, (who are under 21) had to wait out in their cars until they got on stage and then they had to leave directly afterwards.
My friends and I didn't find out until the last minute that they show was a 21+ show. Well, we didn't let it get us down and we had a "girls night out" and stuffed our faces with delicious Chinese food and drank fraps and lattes until there was no tomorrow. I guess until the next ISJ show... :(
For anyone interested, here are the last and final details. Hop outta the snow and come along for some rockin local music:

What's got 2 arms, 2 legs, and 2 glasses of hot H2O? Me, this morning trying to open my frozen car doors. I don't know about anyone else but you can have your lousy winter time, your sled riding, your Jolly Old Saint Nick, your pretty snow flakes...I HATE WINTER. If I have to clean my car off one more time or scrap the ice off my windshild, I'm going to scream!
Bring on the Spring time!!!! PUUUUULEASE!!!!! :)
Well it appears that the dreaded speculations of Jason Gleason leaving Further Seems Forever have been shining more true than false. A statement from the band and more info can be seen at the official Further Seems Forever site and message board.

*Attention*

So I was browsing around on my favorite message board this morning and it appears that there is some speculation as to whether or not current Further Seems Forever lead singer, Jason Gleason, will be sticking with the band or not. I head on over to the official FSF site and they claim an official announcement about the rumors will be made clear soon enough. I guess we'll just have to wait it out. It would be sad to see this talented, bright band lose another lead singer.
For those of you not with the music biz, Further Seems Forever's first lead singer was current front man Chris Carabba of Dashboard Confessional. DUH!!! hehe :)
Allllll right! Finally I added more links on the side for my favorite bands and favorite things so if you feel propelled, do visit. Enjoy...
If anyone can provide their assistance on this, it would be greatly appreciated.
I was doing some tinkering around on my weblog the other day and seriously screwed it up. Luckily I recovered it from the movable type default page or something of that sort. However, if you notice my weblog compared to others, you have to scroll along the bottom to read an entry and I do not like that. Is there something that I have to fix under my main index or what? Any help will make me smile.
*Note, keep it in lamen terms though, I'm quite a computer illiterate. :)
Hooray!!!! All of a sudden a little light bulb turned on in my head and I understood how to add color to my lovely weblog. Its a work in progress but I'm trying to get things how I've always wanted them so do bare with me please! :)
