Discussion of Poe

In Poe literary piece in my opinion was a bit different. However, I kept wondering about the significants of the bird throughout the literary piece. I felt in the beginning the man thought positively about the meaning of "Nevermore."
"Nevermore" might signify that the man is to forget and stop grieving over his loved Lenore. It can also mean, that the Raven was trying to tell the man to move on.

The end however, was a little twisted because he started getting negative and saying it was the "thing of the evil." At this point, I felt the man was feeling guilty of something that was bothering him and he wanted some form of forgiveness. At least this is what i concluded from this piece.

Reflection Bartleby and on The Raven

The Melville story was very interesting and at certain parts it was funny. I found that the elderly man warm heart throughout the reading and he became sensitive to Bartleby situation. Well, he actually was sensitive until he couldn't take it anymore.
