We distribute 1250 copies of each issue to students, faculty, staff and employees.
1/16 page = $20.00

Preprinted ads can be inserted into the Setonian in quantities of 1250 (the number of copies per issue). Normally, the number of inserts is limited to two copies per issue. Inserts are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Large, multi-page inserts are accepted, but at the discretion of the editing staff. Sizes and prices are as follows:
- Letter size sheet (8 1/2" x 11") printed on one or both sides costs $50.00
- Tabloid size sheet (11" x 17") printed on both sides and folded to four-page letter size costs $60.00
- Multi-Page (magazine type) inserts costs $200
We have a four column format paper that is tabloid size (11 1/4" wide x 15" high). Our inside measurements are 10 1/4" wide x 14" high. Ad sizes are listed below.
1/16 page = 2 1/2" wide x 4" high
1/8 page = 5" wide x 3 1/2" high (horizontal)
1/4 page = 5" wide x 7" high
1/3 page = 7 3/5" wide x 5 1/2" high
1/2 page = 10 1/4" wide x 7" high
Full Page = 10 1/4" wide x 13 1/4" high
Note: The Setonian will accept ads that do not comply with the above measurements, providing the ad sizes do not interfere with our modular page design. Also, it is possible for our layout staff to modify most ads to fit a standard ad size. Extensive design work will incur an additional charge. Non-standard sized ads will be compared to our standard sizes and the charges will be prorated accordingly.
2 times equals a 5% savings
3 times equals a 6% savings
4 times equals a 7% savings
5 times equals a 10% savings
6 times equals a 13% savings
7 times equals a 15% savings
8 times equals a 20% savings
