Dear ....
I received the news today...
How can I mourn with this discouraging event?
4, 5, 6 months?
This sorrow and agony overflows throughout my body.
My pessimistic views of the world collided in my thoughts today,
Why must I live with this distress?
I sit back and try to cope with my misery.
*Sigh
The days continue to pass by... soon those 6 months will arrive.
Posted by Stefanie Robb at June 1, 2004 09:43 PMStefanie, I hope you'll continue to find some way to work through your feelings... if blogging helps, I hope you'll continue.
Posted by: Dennis G. Jerz at June 2, 2004 09:12 AMThe 6 months theme to this letter... is that my boyfriend is being shipped off to Iraq. So my summer is kind of dreary now that I have to think about him gone for 6 months.
Posted by: Firefighter Chica at June 2, 2004 03:25 PMOh, I'm sorry, Stef. I'll pray for him, if that'll ease your mind any. Many people are praying for those in actuve duty--none forgotten.
Posted by: Karissa at June 2, 2004 11:03 PMDon't worry Stef. We are all here for you and praying for your boyfriend. Don't forget your Jerz family is just a blog away!
