My Beloved Car

Dear Sue,
This is your poor little car sitting in the parking lot. I'm so lonely without you. Why don't you come visit me? Have you forgotten me? Snow has piled high on top of me, and yet you never came to clean me off. Rain has made me cold and wet, I know you are up there in your dorm room all happy and warm. Won't you just come visit me just once?
When you came to see me today I acted kind of funny at first because I wanted to get your attention. Don't you know you have to run me at least once a week for me to be healthy. If I'm not healthy, how will I ever get you home? I am so sad. We used to do everything together. You would drive me to work, and I would make sure that you got home safely. We always listenend to music togther especially during the commute to HACC every Monday and Wednesday last semester. Whenever you went to a friend's house, I always faithfully waited for you outside, no matter how cold it got.
On the days that I acted up, I only wanted to make you aware that there was something wrong. I wanted to make sure that you never got hurt and stayed out of unsafe situations. When you took me in for a tune-up I was happy again. That's when I thought you cared, but now I'm not so sure. Maybe now that I got your attention today maybe you will come visit me more.
