Blog Portfolio for Video Game Culture and Theory (EL250) #1
This is my first blog portfolio for our
class. We have been reflecting upon the reasons we study games; culture
and games; depth and games; theory and games; and story and games. This
course so far has not only been an amazing journey discussing old games but
also a fun look at my classmates' own unique gaming perspectives and
those in the gaming field. As the course progresses, I look forward to
reading more of Koster and starting our other textbooks; although I am still
apprehensive about trying my own hand at New Game Journalism.
