Workshop for Ex 4

I will introduce a pre-writing activity designed to help you practice the research skills you’ll need for Paper 2.

Submit: By the due date (April 5), upload a single word processor file to Turnitin.com

Assignment: Answer the following prompts, in order to write a pre-submission report (a pre-writing activity that will help prepare you to start drafting Essay 3).

Length: Maximum 3 pages.

Note that while this assignment asks only a few prompts, they are answers that will require time and careful thought. This assignment builds directly on your annotated bibliography, and is not something to leave until the last minute.

Before class, finish the Turnitin.com Paper 1 peer review assignment that we started in class on Tuesday.

  • Turnitin.com will stop accepting submissions at 11:10am on Mar 31.
  • A few minutes later, you should be able to read the feedback your peers provided.
  • Feedback from me should have become visible earlier this week.

I’ve pushed back the due date for the revision of Essay 1, to give you time to read and put to use the online peer reviews that we started in class on the 28th, and that are due on the 31st.
