A School Visit with Marion Blumenthal Lazan

The NCCHE and Christ the Divine Teacher School in Latrobe will sponsor a discussion with Marion Blumenthal Lazan on Tuesday, May 8, 2007.

Marion Blumenthal Lazan is co-author of the award-winning memoir, Four Perfect Pebbles, which recalls the devastating years Lazan shared with her Mother, Father, and brother during the Holocaust.

Lazan travels extensively, providing a first-hand account of her experiences to as many students as possible. Her story--mingled with a message of hope and tolerance--begins in the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp and is described as one that "Anne Frank would have told had she lived."
