Film Screening: Nina’s Home

The Pittsburgh Jewish-Israeli Film Festival, in conjunction with the National Catholic Center for Holocaust Education, will be holding a film screening at Carmike Cinemas located behind Westmoreland Mall in Greensburg. The film chosen this year is Nina’s Home, a film based on the true stories of people who ran a “houses of hope,” which were residences established by the French government for Jewish children who had survived in hiding. Nina’s Home is French with English subtitles and runs 107 minutes.
Tickets at the door are $8 general admission, $7 for seniors 65 and older, and $5 for students with a valid ID. Seton Hill University students may purchase tickets in advance at the Student Activities Office for $2 thanks to a Seton Hill Government Association donation. Vans will also be available to shuttle students to the theatre.
