Well, I'd say you can trust me about as much as you can trust anything or anyone on the 'net — in other words, read what information is presented, and decide for yourself. I happen to think I'm fairly trustworthy, but then, I'm biased. ;)

Best of luck in your ongoing job hunt... and I hope you can beleive me when I say that! ;-)

I believe Mike, i know people many who were dismissed this year by Microsoft (including Full time employees) for similary ridiculous claims.

They are clearing "low performers" and "expendible" types to make the folks work harder for the same amount of money and keeping the door open for "new" "fresh" talent.

Jack's statement was rather amusing:

They are clearing "low performers" and "expendible" types.

Such is the case with any big company. But we are forgetting that this truly is a security issue. If Mike was allowed to do this, with no action taken against him, what would stop hundreds of other employees from littering the web with what they considered "okay" to post pictures and whatnot?

I believe you Mike, no doubt. Hope you find yourselve a new job very soon. Try Apple in Cupertino.....!!!!
Personally I think that if something similar happend at "The Infinity Loop" Apple's CEO Steve Jobs would have laught his eyes out, and you'll be probably awarded with some Apple Gadgets or even more !!!

Good Luck,

In my opinion, Microsoft is sooooo cheap as to have you working there as a temp. Bill Gates is somehow unable to put you on the payroll?! He has all the money he needs to operate his business in a fair manner. Someone should let that guy know his fly is open! And then to add insult to injury, they dismiss you over something so small. I think they're acting like little 4 year olds over there at Microsoft.
