Merry Christmas!!
I just wanted to wish EVERYONE on the New Media Journalism web blog a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I hope everyone is enjoying their vacation and keeping warm!!
I wanted to announce to my friends that yes... I am still alive. As any person can tell I have not been on aol instant messenger. My brother accidently deleted the internet from our computer and I am borrowing someone else's computer right now. So, hopefully you'll hear from me again before classes start again.
By the way.... I would like to order books off the internet for my spring semester classes. How do you find out what books you need for each class? Also, is the bookstore at the university open?
Thank you!! Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Stay safe and have a good one!

Faculty members are supposed to have their syllabi in J-Web two weeks before class starts... not everyone actually does post them that early (or at all), but since all faculty know they are supposed to have their syllabi online, it might be possible to (gently) guilt recalcitrant faculty into at least letting you know what books to buy.
Stef I had thought you just left us and were never to return!!!!
As far as ordering your books off the net I think you have to go to some website set up through the bookstore at school. I can tell you however that the bookstore at school is closed for now. My parents apparently tried to go out there and buy me a sweatshirt for christmas and when they arrived no one was to be found. Sorry I couldn't be of more help! Email me if you get a chance!
