Setonian in Production
Hello everyone! Here are the hours that the Setonian will be in production, and it also lists the things that are happening during production week. If anyone is interested in participating, such as copy-editing, doing layout, or placing photos, just let me know through email, candimaye@yahoo.com, or stop by the office during these hours.
Setonian Production Schedule
(Issue 3; Nov. 2-12)
Tuesday, Nov. 2: 9-12am
All articles Copy Edited
Have cartoon, in case it needs changed
Layout (template) done, ads placed
Wednesday, Nov. 3: 6-11pm
All articles placed in layout
Thursday, Nov. 4: 6-11pm
Place all pictures
1st print out should take place
Distribute print outs to editors
Friday, Nov. 5: 9am-12pm, 1pm-3pm, and 8pm-11pm
Proofreaders turn in corrections to Setonian Office (they can put it
under the door if office is locked)
Corrections made
2nd printout should take place
Distribute to proofreaders
Copy-editing Party: 8-11pm for the 2nd printout
All corrections should be turned in by this time!!
Saturday, Nov. 6: (Time to be announced)
Make second round of corrections
Paper is Finished!!!
