Is there any reason all the writers' names are "Michael"? :-) Just wondering...

If the professor is departing, rather than approaching, does some kind of Doppler effect change the protocol?

I was tired when I first read the headline, and I really did think "approaching professors" meant "professors who are coming nearer."
