Firefox, IE Vie for Popularity Among College Students
After conducting a web survey of "18- to 24-year-old students enrolled full-time at a four-year college or university," researchers say that Mozilla Firefox has caught up to Internet Explorer in a contest for "most preferred Web
browser." I'm a bit surprised by this... I have the impression that many students who use IE are simply clicking on the icon that Microsoft puts on their desktop, without making a conscious choice.
