PSR is a monthly sports newspaper with a very large daily online
component. We are looking to fill three positions. Our editorial interns are required to handle several assignments per month
for the print edition, as well as several weekly assignments for the
website. Much of the online work consists of game stories written on
deadline (mostly prepared from online box scores), while the print
assignments include a variety of work from feature stories to research. We
typically require our interns to work one day per month at our office
location to assist with copy-editing, although that is not a necessity (we
have had interns from out of the Pittsburgh area).
