Griffin Scavenger Hunt (9 a.m. – 4 p.m.)
Ready to start searching for our school’s mascot?  Look for the Griffin on campus and possibly win a prize from the Welcome Center.

Pep Rally (5:30 p.m.)
Show your school spirit by joining the SHU football players and cheerleaders on Sullivan Lawn. Unite together for this weekend’s events.

Saturday October 22, 2011

SHUSA 5K Run/Walk (8 a.m.)
Registration for this event is located on Sullivan Lawn. Proceeds go to Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Laurel Region.

Hair Donation Drive (10 a.m. – 2 p.m.)
Come support Pantene Beautiful Lengths and Locks of Love in SHU’s 3rd annual event. Stylists from Great Clips will be accepting donations of hair 8” or longer.

Griffin Parade (3 p.m.)
Join the SHU community and the rest of Greensburg. The parade will show the King and Queen of the Hill contestants, student clubs, pep and pipe band, cheerleaders and athletic teams.

Football Game  (6 p.m.)
Make sure you wear your red at the game against Fairmont in Offutt Field, Greensburg.

Sunday October 23, 2011

5th Annual SHU Baseball Alumni Game  (10:30 a.m.)
SHU baseball will play alumni players in a nine-inning game at the campus field.

The Cove’s Grand Opening (3:30 p.m.)
Celebrate the official Cove opening with free samples of the new menu items.  Shortly afterward, the Cove will be open to cheer for the Steelers.
