Sure thing....(Bell)

Bill: You have to hit these things at the right moment or its no good.
Betty: That's happened to me.
Bill: It's all in the timing...
This is great because to me Bill is saying that you just can't walk up to someone and expect to go on a date with them, but it takes time, you have to wait for the right moment or eveything will go wrong. Don't rush things, take it nice and slow.
I also thought that after everytime Bill said something Betty did not like, the bell rang to switch to a different act. I thought that you have to hit it right on the nose was like the bell. Every time was something different and Betty was beginning to like him more and more. Like he said, it's all in the timing.

That's a really good point Dena. I didn't really think about it that way. I couldn't really make any intelligent observations with this play. But I do see your point! There were some really funny lines.
