So...it may be safe to say in order for peer review we need to create a draft over break, right?

You can peer-review the proposal that you submitted on Friday, but if a peer actually has written more than that, it would be more useful to peer-review that.

No, I'm not expecting you to write the whole paper over break. I hope the wording of this assignment didn't give you too much of a scare! Thanks for posting the question, Kevin.
