I'm a French journalist looking for the english term for a "special issue" of a magazine : when a magazine publishes an issue at a different periodicity of the regular issues, for example a jubilee issue about the magazine being 100 years old, is it a special issue or someting else. Is specila issue not meaning just that the whole issue is on one theme?
