I think that graffiti is a serious problem, but also I think that to some, kids it can be a way to express themselves. Obviously it is also considered as vandalism, and people applying graffiti to public property will be prosecuted.I think graffiti should be outlawed, but the government should set a side unused property allowing a few kids to practice or apply graffiti. 137 Promanade lane ny 14221 716-639-0886
