Kayla, just click where it says "MT QuickPost" on this page, and you'll see a little window pop up that will do two things -- create a new entry on your blog (if you remember to select KaylaLukacs from the list) that contains a link back to this page, and also add a line on this page that points to your new blog entry. But as Evan notes, sometimes TrackBack doesn't work, in which case posting the URL as you have done is the right thing to do.
