Ex 5a: Close Playing 2 (10pts)
Three parts. Write your own "close playing" of any game in one of the following series: Final Fantasy; EverQuest; Myst; The Sims; Tomb Raider; Grand Theft Auto. (400 words; 10 points.)

Oh, crap. They have to be from the list? I don't have any of those games and you did not tell us they were required until this week...
Are there other options?

I think Puff said he was having trouble picking which one to choose... since you're both on campus, perhaps he can help you?
I'm open to adding additional games -- the classic text-adventure game Zork comes to mind, and it's freeware now.
Posted by: Dennis G. Jerz at January 11, 2006 04:14 PMHa, yea all Final Fantasy games are well documented by Wikipedia and fan sites. Many can be found on emulators, but they are mostly long RPGs. I'd try Zork like Jerz said, it doesn't take long to figure your way through zork 1-2 and they can even be a interesting mind game compared to the more discovery-directional style of Adventure.
