It's interesting how he made the statement about "collecting items that look nothing like the real thing." The old four and even eight bit games were more about being fast, thinking on your feet and sometimes... oooh! planning ahead. The world created was abstract and representational.

Today, people expect the realistic graphics because we want the world created for us.

I think the one thing about this game is that simplicity can still be entertaining. Someone somewhere would play this game if there was nothing else. Evan is right, we are spoiled today. PS: Hated the audio. It reminded me of when your TV goes all static and then you can't get a different channel.

I liked this game but I wish that I was able to move my red block faster! It reminded me of Pac-man and it was simple and easy to catch on to.
